thanks a lot for your commit! I just added it to CVS, it will be
included in OTRS 3.1.3. Please use the latest version of the file from
http://source.otrs.org/viewvc.cgi/otrs/Kernel/Language/ca.pm?view=log to
continue your work, if you plan to do so.
In particular, the package name must be Kernel::Language::ca, to match
the setting from SysConfig and the correct language code. Only then will
the richtext editor work properly with Catalan localization.
