Re: Finnish translations

Hi Niklas,

CVS HEAD is actually OTRS 3.2. 3.1 is in the branch rel-3_1, and that
differs a lot from HEAD. For this reason I only applied your changes to
HEAD. You can checkout again to see if any strings are still missing.
