Can't to set DefaultCharset to utf-8

Hi
I edit file Kernel/Config.pm like said in manual (Example 13-3):
[...]
# default charset
# (default frontend charset - "utf-8" is a multi chatset for all
possible
# charsets - e. g. "iso-8859-1" is also possible for single charset)
# [default: iso-8859-1]
# $Self->{DefaultCharset} = 'iso-8859-1';
$Self->{DefaultCharset} = 'utf-8';
[...]
But when I'm trying write an answer, exception occurred:
Software error:
Unrecognised line: [email protected]> at
/opt/otrs//Kernel/Modules/AgentCompose.pm line 229
For help, please send mail to the webmaster (root@localhost
<mailto:root@localhost> ), giving this error message and the time and
date of the error.
If I use CP-1251 or KOI8-R there is trouble with subject.
Anybody knows why dose it happen?
