Re: Creating a outgoing email as the first article in a ticket using the GenericTicketInterface API

I have tried all the available options (or so i am reasonably sure). But
the API code does not do any email sending, so with the current API it
seems it is not possible. The pull-request seems like a  good idea, and
its only missing unit tests to be complete!
