Re: ACL to control Queues

Thank you for the info.

Think of the following situation: Around 500users at Active Directory and approximately 20queues available. I want 3-4 of these queues to be available and seen only by 10-20 users. I understand that I can achieve this by “Customer User<->Groups” but the list only shows 200 users of the 500. Is there a way to change this?
Furthermore I would prefer to be able to change this by a configuration file so that I can have better control because on the users and the lists because I believe it’s easier to make a mistake on the GUI.

Hello

You can actually do it by using Customer User <->Groups, do not set all as default, set permissions only on desired groups, you can set them as read only or RW.

What I would like to do is to have specific queues available to specific customers (by customerid). Can I achieve something like this with ACLs and how?
