<OTRS_CUSTOMER_BODY> in owner update notification?

Hi,

is ist possible to have <OTRS_CUSTOMER_BODY> filled in in an owner
update notification? My agents urgently request that. Just adding the
tag fills it with <OTRS_AGENT_BODY> :-(
