Upgrade otrs 3.0.7 to 5

Hi,

   I want to upgrade my otrs version from 3.0.7 to 5.

1) It is possible to install the new version 5 and restore de old database
of otrs 3.0.7 ?
2) Or I should follow the upgrade from 3.0.7  to* 3.1->3.2->3.3->*
*4.0.1->4.0.2->4.0.3->...->5.0.9 ?*
*3) Or I could **jump directly from  *


*4.0 to 5 ?*
