Reply with empty body

Hello, is there any way for configuring OTRS to reply a ticket with an email and, then, when "AgentTicketZoom" opens ticket, body appears empty, not with standard message and others appended messages? I always remove all "body mail" that appears in "AgentTicketZoom".
