Otrs daemon not running if cache is disabled

    <p>We have disabled the cache for OTRS 6 (Cache::InBackend), since
      then the web browser shows the "OTRS Daemon is not running"
      banner. But the daemon is running. Why does it show the wrong
      message and how can we get rid of it?</p>
