Für den Betrieb wird diese Shell-Erweiterung doch nicht benötigt? Auch "cronie" sollte für OTRS 5 nicht notwendig sein, weil otrs.Daemon.pl die Funktionen übernimmt, wenn ich es richtig verstehe?
