Re: Unklarer Fehler

Hallo Florian,

danke für die Antwort! Leider war dort offenbar alles in Ordnung... Nach
längerem Suchen und Auprobieren habe ich jetzt in der Konfiguration
(Konfigurationseinstellungen in Ticket →
Frontend::Agent::Ticket::ViewForward bearbeiten) zwei "fehlende" Haken
gesetzt. Und voilà - jetzt läuft's wieder.

Das zeigt jedenfalls, dass die Konfigurationseinstellungen ziemlich
fragil sind!
