Wenn ich mich jedoch z.B. per WinSCP an dem Server anmelde, dann gibt es die
Datei:
Kernel/System/AuthSession.pm
Größe: 11.839; Rechte: rw-rw----; Besitzer: otrs; Gruppe: www; 
Geändert: 01.06.2017

Und in dieser Datei gibt es auch die Methode
sub GetActiveSessions {
...}
Und hier die Zeile 429 (siehe Fehlermeldung)
    return $Self->{Backend}->GetActiveSessions(%Param);

was sagt denn ein

perl bin/otrs.Console.pl Admin::Package::FileSearch 
Kernel/System/AuthSession.pm

.

Du kannst ja auch mal in die Kernel/System/AuthSession.pm reinschauen. 
Gibt es da die Methode?
