Re: Fehler bei Update von OTRS 5 auf 6

die Fehlermeldungen bei der .rpm-Installation sind genau die, die ich unten in die erste E-Mail eingefügt habe:

Error: There was a problem writing XML to DB.

 

 

Ich habe die aktuelle OTRS 6 Doku hergenommen: http://doc.otrs.com/doc/manual/admin/stable/en/html/updating.html

 

Dementsprechend die Dienste gestoppt, das RPM installiert, das Migrationsscript (DBUpdate-to-6.pl) ausgeführt, die Pakete via Console.pl aktualisiert und die Dienste wieder gestartet.

Welche Dokumenation hast Du verwendet?
Hast Du das DBUpdate Script laufen lassen?
