Nabend, nach Umstellung der Absenderadresse in OTRS.5 erhalte ich keine Agentenbenachrichtung mehr. Mailversand soll per SMTP erfolgen. Im Log sind folgende Einträge zu sehen. 'Ticket owner update notification' notification could not be sent to agent '[email protected]<mailto:[email protected]> Can't send message: 550Start mail input; end with <CRLF>.<CRLF> Jemand eine Idee?
