Seltsamerweise hat es auf dem Testsystem anscheinend ja auch ohne Cache
löschen funktioniert.

Zur um sicher zu gehen: Den Cache hast Du nach dem Eintragen in die Datenbank
mal geleert?

Hallo OTRS-Community,

ich hab in unserer OTRS-Instanz (Version: OTRS 5.0.22) über folgendes
SQL-Statement einen neuen Statustyp erzeugt:
insert into ticket_state_type
(name, comments, create_time, create_by, change_time, change_by)  values 
('repair','All repair-services', current_timestamp, 1, current_timestamp, 1);

Mittels Select-Statement wird der neue Statustyp auch in der Datenbank
angezeigt. 

Wenn ich jetzt im Admin-Bereich | Status Verwaltung einen neuen Status
hinzufügen möchte, wird der neue Statustyp "repair" nicht zur Auswahl
angezeigt.

Unser Testsystem läuft mit der Version OTRS 5.0.20 - da funktioniert es. 

Ist das Verhalten in Version OTRS 5.0.22 also ein Bug oder woran liegt es?
