Hallo Zusammen, wie macht Ihr das mit doppelten Firmennamen? In meiner OTRS-DB ist der Name in der customer_company ein unique key. Ist das normal und warum ist das so? Gibt OTRS das wirklich so vor? Sollte die Kundennummer nicht der eindeutige Faktor sein anstatt des Namens?
