Hast Du das als "otrs" aus dem Verzeichnis "/opt/otrs" (oder was auch
immer bei Dir das Home-Verzeichnis der OTRS-Installation ist) gemacht?

Was gibt ein

  find / -type f -name FAQValidCheck.pm

(das kann etwas länger dauern)?
