Thanks. I tested it and it works well for my parsers.

Just one detail: If building with umask 77, even if then installing
(as root) with umask 22, the $prefix/share/bison directory and its
contents get installed with the former umask, i.e. not readable by
users. It's easy to fix, of course, and all the rest seems to get
installed with good permissions.
