Log message:
	(WARNING_CXXFLAGS): New subst.  Set it to
	everything that WARNING_CFLAGS has, except omit warnings
	not suitable for C++.
	(AC_PROG_CXX): Use this instead of AC_CHECK_PROGS([CXX], [g++]).
