This doesn't compile on RHEL 6.10/gcc 4.4.7, with "#pragma GCC
diagnostic not allowed inside functions". I've 'fixed' this with the
hack at https://trac.macports.org/ticket/59927.

Is this known about/intended? I get the impression from
https://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/bug-bison/2019-10/msg00061.html that
it is, but I haven't looked any further.
