[PATCH 0/9] glr2.cc: warnings and style

I'm installing the changes that Valentin submitted in
https://github.com/akimd/bison/pull/49, plus a few of mine.

Valentin, beware that we have ASAN errors with clang uncovered now:

That's the type of errors you want to smash asap...
