[PATCH 0/6] c: make YYLOCATION_PRINT public

The YY_LOCATION_PRINT macro was never documented, and its name clearly
states that this is a private internal detail.

However it is very useful (and even leaked by accident into a piece of
code in an example in the documentation).  So let's make it public as
YYLOCATION_PRINT.
