All I can figure is that the mail server for [email protected]=
g <mailto:[email protected]>=E2=80=9D is stripping out my =
attachments.

I found the =E2=80=9CBison - Patches: Submit Item=E2=80=9D web page on =
Savannah, so maybe that is what I was supposed to use, rather than just =
sending email to [email protected] =
<mailto:[email protected]>".

There is a note on that page =E2=80=9CDid you check to see if this item =
has already been submitted?=E2=80=9D, but if I go to the =E2=80=9CBison =
- Patches: Browse Items=E2=80=9D web page, I can=E2=80=99t see any of =
the 15 closed items the top level Bison project page says exist.

Perhaps I=E2=80=99m supposed to request to become a Bison project =
member. I=E2=80=99m already a Savannah user.

Since you have said that you are already working on improving glr2.cc =
<http://glr2.cc/>, including dealing with the issues I=E2=80=99ve =
reported, I=E2=80=99m assuming that you don=E2=80=99t actually need to =
see my changes. If that is wrong, let me know.
