Setting user-agent not straightforward

Hi, I'm currently reviewing HTMLParser and like what I see so far. One thing that would be great as a RFE; there is not an easy way to set user-agent using default Parser. Default Parser uses a static initializer to set its User-Agent as opposed to using default ConnectionManager. Would be nice if this could be just set in one place; and Parser class uses defaults instead of the static init.
