إِنْ كُنْتَ ابْنَ اللَّهِ فَانْزِلْ عَنِ الصَّلِيبِ!». 41 وَكَذَلِكَ رُؤَسَاءُ الْكَهَنَةِ أَيْضاً وَهُمْ يَسْتَهْزِئُونَ مَعَ الْكَتَبَةِ وَالشُّيُوخِ قَالُوا: 42 «خَلَّصَ آخَرِينَ وَأَمَّا نَفْسُهُ فَمَا يَقْدِرُ أَنْ يُخَلِّصَهَا». إِنْ كَانَ هُوَ مَلِكَ إِسْرَائِيلَ فَلْيَنْزِلِ الآنَ عَنِ الصَّلِيبِ فَنُؤْمِنَ بِهِ! I was an ordinary guy that was neither very bad nor very good. I began investigating religion. When reading about christianity I felt a great truth about the story of Jesus come over me and accepted Jesus in to my life. I have been going to church ever since and am doing some work there and seeing if I have I the stuff to become a missionary later. I am so grate full that I found Jesus Christ since there are some many false religions in the world that in the end will lead you to hell. Ian H. I had a drinking problem in my anguish I sought God and accepted Jesus into my life since than I never looked back. Jesus set me free from the drink and my sins. I am happy now and help other people that have drinking issues. Wendy C. I am a housewife and some years back I committed adultery with a neighbour out of lust. It made me feel dirty and started shoplifting as a feel good. This crisis led me to the Lord Jesus Christ. His mercy and forgiveness was powerful, He did not whip me or stone me or cut of limbs for my sins, He only showed me forgiveness and love which is deeper then the oceans. I felt that the harder I worked at this religion and the more obedient the better it would be for me and my after life. I met this man and he taught me about Jesus Christ and His forgiveness. Jesus' crucifixion is a solid foundation to your faith in salvation, it does not require a faith in our own ability, thoughts, or feelings to please God, Jesus has done it for us on the cross. Many people say "I think" or "I feel" I am forgiven, with Jesus crucified we have certainty that is above anything we may think or feel. The great miracle of the grace of God is that He forgives sin, and it is the death of Jesus Christ alone that enables the Divine nature to forgive and to remain true to itself in doing so. It is shallow nonsense to say that God forgives us because He is love. When we have been convicted of sin we will never say this again. The love of God means Jesus crucified for our sins, and nothing less; the love of God is spelt on the Cross and nowhere else. Any religious book that claims Jesus was not crucified is literature's wolf in sheep's clothing. It claims to shed light but it sheds darkness. The core of it is rotten. It specifically denies Jesus as Son of God and denies that He was crucified. This believe is due to ignorance of the truth. People need to say sorry to Jesus for their sins and ask Him into their hearts by this pray: "Jesus, I have come to know that you are the Son of God - the King of Kings and Lord of all. I also realise that you came and died for my sins because you love me. I'm a sinner and therefore I ask for your forgiveness. I give my life to you. I choose to accept your precious gift of salvation. Thank you Lord." The real prophets and friends of the Lord are from the Jewish and Christian religions. False religions needs to be replaced with a faith founded on the love of Jesus, who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary,crucified for our sins, rose again from the dead, ascended into Heaven, and sits at the right hand of God, the Father almighty.
