Updating BOOST_SPIRIT_VERSION on Boost trunk

Hi Guys,

I remember Hartmut saying something about changing some things with
transform_action on trunk, but there's currently no way for me to
switch on the BOOST_SPIRIT_VERSION yet because it's still 0x0203 --
the same as the released version in 1.43. Any chance someone can
update the version and the pizza flavor too? :)
