How do I match EndOfInput using boost::spirit::lex?

As far as I understand there is no way to attach an action to this match,
is there?
The only way is to see the lexer return, correct?
So the best way (or one way) to write a lexer which can deal with include
files (or macros)
would be to invoke the lexer repeatedly and feed the correct iterators
(to the newly included file or back to the original file)
to it, am I right?
So one would have to manage the stack of iterators outside of
boost::spirit::lex?

Thanks
Peter
