I tired to reorder my code using BOOST_SPIRIT_DECLARE/INSTANTIATE/DEFINE, but
I am running into linking errors.
I dont know if my linking errors are the same mentioned above, or if I am
just stupid and forgetting something here.
I have an example of an identifier parser  HERE
