OOPS ./b2 install --prefix didn't work (was Re: X3 employee example with semantic actions

OOPS.  I failed to check that the:

$ ./b2 install --prefix=PREFIX

instruction from:

https://boostorg.github.io/build/manual/develop/index.html#bbv2.installation

actually put the newly created b2 in PREFIX.  So,
after that was corrected, got other errors, but
I'll take a little more care in figuring those
errors out before soliciting further help here ;(
