I think Joel and others are well aware of my contributions on
StackOverflow, and he has thanked me for doing that on occasion.

Content on StackOverflow is CCA-SA (Creative Commons Attribution-Share
Alike). So, as long as proper attribution is done, people are free to
collect examples, posts and publish them elsewhere. See

Every once in a while people tell me I should write a book. Honestly I
don't see that happening unless I strangely get a lot of free time, but
I think I'd spend that on music instead.

I'm an awful writer (as in: it takes me forever to formulate, and I
don't enjoy it), and my eye-sight is not improving, so I'll keep doing
what I do, and invite others to increase value/visibility by tieing
things together if they know how to!
