[ANNOUNCE] PHP 5.5.6 has been released

Hi!

The PHP development team announces the immediate availability of PHP 5.5.6.
This release fixes several bugs against PHP 5.5.5, and adds some
performance improvements for some functions.

All PHP users are encouraged to upgrade to this new version.
