Hello! It was brought to my attention that the latest release announcement has not reached PHP Announce list. Since there are many people that only subscribe to this list, I am reproducing the release announcement again, below. Please note it is not a new release but a copy of the release announcement from December 12th. --------------------- Hello! The PHP development team announces the immediate availability of PHP 5.4.23. About 10 bugs were fixed, including a security issue (CVE-2013-6420) in OpenSSL module. All users of PHP 5.4 are encouraged to upgrade to this release.
