I would like to use *leading* tabs.  You may use spaces if you want, but 
a file should either be all tabs or all spaces. 

Tabs allow any programmer to set the indent size they want.  Spaces are 
difficult to accommodate if your editor is set to a different indenting 
convention than the source code you are working with.
