[cowiki-dev] Automatic documentation

Hi,

as promised I tried out Phpdocumentor, but it does not even install for me. Then
I tried doxygen and after finding some switches in the config file of doxygen
it generated a fairly nice documentation out of the coWiki source files.

I will upload the HTML in few hours. The URL will be:
