It is, like [1]. But PHP coders are usually not used to UML, and OTOH you
can't program OO with PHP5 like in C++, C#, Java, Python, Ruby or Smalltalk.

It looks nice, but I am not sure if it would help a programmer. I prefer a
documentation like JavaDoc [2]. It tells me more.
