[cowiki-dev] bug? - \tmp\ is populated

Windows, XAMPP Lite:

I can confirm that if a \tmp directory, if it exists, will be filled
with coWiki temporary files.

coWiki doesn't complain if this directory doesn't exist, but i'm
leaving it there.. it's interesting.

Ideas?
