[cowiki-dev] One directory too much

Hi friends,

due to my mistake, we have an empty dir /misc/development/test (not
"tests"), which I can not delete (?!). If no one of you can delete it either
with your software, I would beg Paul to write to the tigris.org maintainer,
who just can remove this directory manually in the filesystem. A "rmdir test"
would be enough.
