Hi,

I claimed in some e-mail about the coWiki parser to provide the installer
separately first for download and for testing without checking it in the
CVS. Meanwhile I think it would be better to commit the installer stuff
directly to the CVS.

The installer does not interfere with the exisiting code (yet), it can be
invoked voluntarily (yet).

The advantage of having it directly in the CVS is the bug tracking. E.g. if
I got five bug reports from different people, it would be more comfortable
to gather them in CVS instead of sending the people the new corrected
installer.tar.gz and beg them to test it etc.

As this is different to the basic coWiki parser (where we would definetly
need a extra package for testing first), I would like have the permission to
commit the first raw version of the coWiki installer to the CVS. It's about
50 files now.

Someone against it? Paul?
