Is this developer mailing list secure from public sight?  We once
discussed this idea, and it was removed from public view from a few
angles.  Do only tigris collaborators have access to it?

Personally, I still don't understand why we would care if other people
read it or not.  Nobody can hold us to anything we chat about.. we
shouldn't be concerned about the general public being aware of the
internals of things.

Frankly, it appears that there are people who are very interested in
coWiki and would be curious to read some of the conversations we have.

Again.. it is a bit of a problem to distract our developers from silly
conversations.. I don't mind writing notes to specific developers when
a conversation needs input.. so that devs don't have to read every
strange thread.  We need to find a good middle-ground.
