I want to be able to have "fights" (frank discussions) in private.  The 
team needs to be able to have conflict at times without being on 
display.  If we had face to face meetings or phone conferences, that 
might be the place.  We could also do it by private email but with so 
many on the list there's too much likelihood of someone being kept out 
of the loop.

I suppose that we could open this group and create a private "flames" 
group...  What do you think?  :-)
