[cowiki-dev] 0.3.4 -> 0.4.0 (0.3.5?)

JFYI,

somewhere in the code I saw entries like

 @since       coWiki 0.3.5

There will be no 0.3.5 version. The version we are working on is 0.4.0.
The currently ongoing fundamental changes will require a change of the MINOR
version :)

Just a reminder for the version string: MAJOR.MINOR.MICRO.PATCH. Each of
them express compatibility changes. The current stable 0.3.4 won't be
internally really comaptible with 0.4.0, hence a 0.3.5 could only be an
emergency bugfix release for 0.3.4.

If some of you need more information on the versioning and the
purpose of the ciphers, we should create a document that explains this.
