Hi,

I have commited the almost finished coWiki installer. Please check it out
and test it. I require feedback, I can't imagine that it is 100% working.

You may overwrite your exisiting coWiki with the new version or try to make
a fresh install. For the behaviour of both cases I need (detailed) input.
