[cowiki-dev] Installer issue - and suggestion

Ok - I finally got the installer to work by kick starting another  
browser - I think there was some session or POST data lurking.

Problem found:

1. the installer doesn't like duplicate keys when adding a user, and  
instead of simply adding privileges to that existing user, stops dead.

Can the installer catch this particular exception?
