:) Each domain (cowiki.org) costs me about $US 15/year. It was paid now by me
for the next 12 mothns, but you should think about taking this domain over
anyway.

http://www.internic.org/ - we call it "conectivty coordination" here.
You send a request to a company that provides you the service (transfer),
they ask me, if I agree, I tell them I agree, and if it workes, you'll be
the the admin-c of the domain. The domains is yours.

The problem for you are not the tiny money expenses, but the advertisement
of the project and the stuff you conntribute :)
