[cowiki-dev] Providing help in coWiki

Hovering over a link causes help for that link to appear in the window 
to the right.  Might be a good way to provide help for the area that has 
current focus on the coWiki page.  Should be pretty simple to do.

I'd be willing to become the local JavaScript expert for this sort of 
thing...
