I think it would be perfectly fine if we had a "?" graphic to the
right of any interesting buttons or links and just have that pop up a
help window.  Having a space designated for this javascript-enabled
help means that us expert users have that bit of space wasted for this
purpose.

Plus the advantage of this questionmark thing is that those pages
could easily be administrator-edited.
