FWIW-- Now that everyone has gotten a bit of the "what *I* want to do" bug out of their bloodstream, I will be revisiting the defect list and trying to rebuild (my/our) vision for coWiki... I would like to make another release by the end of summer. I would like to *hammer* this data bug and I would really like to have a way to do a WYSIWYG editor, at least for simple (90% solution) editing. After that, I'd like to be able to use the editor to insert images on a page. If we go this route, it won't be like your usual wiki, but it /will /follow the dictate of "make it easy for the user". I'm just thinking off the top of my head here... We also need the parser to be more stable (sorry Archie). Daniel keeps finding rocks to throw at it. :-\ But if it were an easy job, *I* would have done it and not Archie! So Archie, don't get discouraged and the rest of us let's recognize that we're working on a hard thing. (If I could completely get rid of wikitext, I think I might!) I'm going to be off line (in the mountains) for a couple of days. I should be back on the evening of 7/4, but don't expect to hear from me before 7/5!
