Win32 and surely 5.0.3 and 5.0.4 were not truly beta? 

Well, I got it built.  For some reason, my system was missing lex/flex.  
Can you imagine (Though I *did* build it as a server, not a development 
system.)

Now I have to figure out how to tell Apache to use the new PHP.
