0.3.4 gave me some trouble with lighttpd -- but only because I had to
do it by hand.

Actually, something I haven't fully figured out is that while a
previous install of cvs for apache worked with no changes for
lighttpd, as did the upgrade to the newer cvs head,
a fresh install of 0.3.4 required me to create a php.ini file with the
include path.  Why I didn't have to do this for the previously
installed ones, I'm not sure yet.

It seems not to read the .htaccess file -- wether this is a simple
config directive for lighttpd or a missing feature, I haven't found a
reference for .htaccess files yet.

I took notes and will clean them up and publish them later -- it is
almost 5am, got to open up at 9, so I will catch some ZzzZzzs.
