Does the .htaccess file have to be enabled for the directory?  Are the 
path separators correct for the OS (Win32 and Linux are different)?  If 
you put a phpinfo.php file into coWiki's root directory, what does it 
report?

I'm sure you've checked these things, but the questions have to be 
asked.  :-)
